Our school year is 34 weeks long Your children can attend 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x a week upon availability.
Monday through Friday 9 am - 1 pm
Caterpillar Farm does not charge a registration fee. Registration is finalized when all registration forms, materials' fee, and payment are submitted.
To dis-enroll from the program, parents should give a written cancellation notice, and pay one more month after submitting their cancellation notice.
Tuition is an annual amount based on the academic year (34 weeks long) per child. Payment depends on the number of days a week your child plans to attend.

FOUR DAYS A WEEK Annual $9,520 ($960 monthly)
THREE DAYS A WEEK Annual $7,140 ($720 monthly)
TWO DAYS A WEEK Annual $4,760 ($480 monthly)
ONE DAY A WEEK Annual $2,380 ($240 monthly)
There is a $120 fee for materials for the year per student. This fee will be waived to students starting after Spring Break.
Payments must be made no later than the 1st day of the month.
No discounts are given when there is no class due to any circumstance including, but not limited to smoke, extreme weather, pandemic closures, Covid19 illness. Caterpillar Farm will not credit children absence’s under any circumstances and will not make any exceptions.

We break for National Mourning Day, Winter Break, Mid-Winter Break, and Spring Break. Parents will NOT be charged for these periods.
